Description
SSD-UPS allows a safe and controlled shut down of every industrial PC with 24 Vdc power supply. Against a primary power supply failure, SSD-UPS keeps up the system and after a preset time, sends the PC the shut down command, closing every application, through an USB port. In this way, the correct file closing is ensured as well as a correct system shut down, avoiding loss of data or, more generally, hard disk damages. After turning off the PC, SSD-UPS turns itself off, either because of missing power on USB port, connected with the PC, or for expiring of the preset timer.
