The combination of Bluetooth 4.0 technology (also known as Bluetooth Low Energy, BLE or Bluetooth Smart) and industry standards give rise to a family of products that aims to provide a highly integrable system in any field where wireless and low-power transmission is needed.

Typically, these are applications where no wiring is possible to reach the sensing point, making it mandatory to use a battery that provides long life but simultaneously small size. Due to the use of hermetic enclosures, it is also possible to use in high humidity environments. BLE technology also allows interfacing with terminals of any type, from industrial terminals to the latest generation of smartphones.

The combination of all these elements allow the creation of devices adaptable to any need and market; the two main solutions offered by MG are represented by the Basic mBeacon and Sensor mBeacon family. The management and configuration of these devices is entrusted to the application software to be developed on a terminal or other device; rapid development is guaranteed thanks to the use mBeacon Management - API Kit.
